1. By entering this pre-order offer (“the Offer”), you agree to these terms & conditions.
2. Purchase of LOKI: A BAD GOD’S GUIDE TO MAKING ENEMIES by Louie Stowell in eBook or paperback format is necessary to enter this Offer.
3. This Offer is open from 00:01 on Wednesday 10th July 2024 to 23:59 Wednesday 11th September 2024. No entries will be accepted outside these dates.
4. This Offer is open to consumers who are aged 18 and resident in UK and ROI only. If you are under 18, please ask your parent or guardian to enter.
5. Offer consists of 1 x A4 print while stocks last.
6. To enter the Offer you need to submit proof of your Walker edition paperback or eBook pre-order of LOKI: A BAD GOD’S GUIDE TO MAKING ENEMIES at LokiBooks.com/pre-order/ blocking out any confidential details. Please include a full mailing address. Only entries submitted in this way will be eligible.
7. Only one entry per proof of pre-order. Multiple entries for the same proof of order or entries that are delivered late, are illegible, incomplete, damaged or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
8. No cash alternatives available. The Offer is non-refundable and non-transferable.
9. Walker reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute an alternative to the Offer of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
10. Walker reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Offer.
11. Entry to the Offer constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
12. Walker’s decision on all matters is final. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
13. Walker may disqualify entries if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that they are in breach of these terms and conditions or your participation is fraudulent, unfair or unlawful.
14. Walker may cancel the Offer for reasons outside of its reasonable control.
15. Walker may amend these terms and conditions without notice, by posting changes to them on this website.
16. Walker does not accept any responsibility for any network congestion, technical failure or other problem in any telephone line, network, system, provider or otherwise which results in any communication not being properly recorded or received.
17. Walker (and its associated companies) excludes responsibility and all liabilities arising from any changes to the Offer details which are beyond its control and for any act of default of any other third party supplier. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Walker reserves the right (a) to substitute an alternative Offer of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the Offer without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
18. Entrants’ details will be held by Walker for the purposes of administering this Offer only and will not be passed on. Personal details provided will be held in accordance with Walker Books’ Privacy Policy and all applicable laws relating to the protection of Personal Data or privacy which have effect in the United Kingdom from time to time
19. To the extent permitted by law, Walker exclude all warranties and representations (whether express or implied), and all its liability (including without limitation for negligence) regarding this Offer (other than for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence) including without limitation all indirect or consequential loss or damages, loss of profit, or loss or damage to data.
20. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
